Gift For Christmas

A client of mine had a grandson last year , so I waited and kept looking on her daughter in laws facebook pages . I waited till she posted a photo of the little boy that showed his personality. I found it in a Christmas photo this year. I then cropped the picture to where I wanted it and began to paint. This is the finished painting of William. I gave it to her as a gift  , and she was thrilled.

Christmas Gift

 My friend has 2 pugs so I wanted to make her something for Christmas. She has a lot of pug items but did not have a hat that she could wear. I just could not resist and gave it to her early. Well she wore that SUMMER hat to the dentist that day and had a ball with all the compliments she got. I love it when you make some present and they love it so much.
I just had to try it on myself when I was done painting. I think I may do me one with dachshunds on it.

Little Man Painting

This is a painting I did for a grandmother . It looks like he is ready for an adventure into mischief. As the adage goes "sticks and snails and puppy dog tails , that is what little boys are made of.
